Barb's training for this career path actually began in Sept. 1979 when she became a member of Straw Hats 4-H club; where she and her sheltie trained and competed in obedience, jr. showmanship, and team competitions. As an adult she attended obedience, confirmation, and (k-9) personnel protection training classes. She also competed in AKC obedience and confirmation shows. In 1996 she became a grooming and dog training apprentice; which lead her to the purchase of Perfect Pet. Today she continues to attend training classes and seminars to further her grooming and dog handling skills. |

Tranquilizers are never used
All dogs are bathed and rinsed in fresh water - NOT re-circulated water
Heated cage driers are NOT used
We are used and recommended by local veterinarians
Grooming is by appointment
We strive to make your dogs experience with us as comfortable and stress free as possible. For this reason we groom a limited number of dogs in a day.
We require proof of current vaccinations to protect your dogs health
Our shop is cleaned daily with bleach
It is our goal to give you quality grooming at reasonable prices |
